More on the eProjects Panel

The eProjects Panel [the ePP] is a procurement vehicle designed to streamline the procurement processes for ICT products and services.  The ePP supports the acquisition of project-based ICT services, obviating the need to for public tender for procurements up to $700,000.  Government agencies and enterprises that have confirmed their understanding of the ePP process can request a quote [RFQ] from companies registered on the ePP.  In response, vendors submit their solution responses based on the requirements of the RFQ.

To support the process, a simple web portal has been developed.  The portal provides information on vendor performance, skills, capabilities, key personnel and insurance status.  Vendors have access to view (non-binding) agency procurement plans which outline proposed agency procurements over the coming year.

Agencies can use the portal to review agency procurement plans and other completed projects to aid in their project planning.  The Portal also provides supporting templates (e.g. RFQ, Agency Procurement Plan) for users to download.
