Q57: Where can we get a copy of the eProjects Panel logo?  We will want to use this to help promote to Agencies our being on the Panel.

A57: The eProjects Panel and eProjects Panel Portal logos are available from the Templates section of the eProjects Panel Portal.

Q58: Can suppliers provide COTS solutions through the eProjects Panel?

A58: COTS can be purchased through the eProjects Panel.  However, the Portal is not designed for ongoing maintenance or licensing arrangements.  Agency buyers need to be aware of these before using the Panel for such purchases.

Q59: Is there a standard project management methodology across Government?

A59: Not at this time.  Each Agency will need to identify any frameworks or methodologies Vendors need to follow. 

Vendors are reminded that any work they perform under the eProjects Panel must meet the standards as identified on the front page of the Portal.  See https://www.eprojects.sa.gov.au

Q60: The OCIO has published a number of policies and frameworks.  Do these need to be followed for work through the Panel?

A60: To ensure best practice across government, it is the responsibility of the Agency to ensure it reviews and follows standards, policies and frameworks as released from time to time by OCIO.

Q61: Will there be a way to maintain new software implemented via the eProjects Panel ie a more ongoing project?

A61: Ongoing maintenance and support arrangements with Vendors need to be managed outside of the eProjects Panel.  The eProjects Panel is designed for projects, which have a specific start and end date.
