Performance Reviews

Q37: Performance reviews – will they be done at the end of each project or at other points in the project?

A37: The formal performance review is to be completed at the end of the project.  However, a healthy project will involve feedback from the Agencies on a regular basis.

Q38: Will performance reviews involve 360-degree feedback?

A38: Agencies will be assessing the performance of Vendors via Performance Reviews at the end of the project.  Vendors are required to provide feedback for Project Learnings at the end of each project.  A more formal method of 360-degree feedback will be investigated as part of future Panel operations.

Q39: Are Vendor Performance Reviews available to other users?

A39: Vendors only have permission to view their own performance reviews.  Agencies are able to view all project performance reviews.

Q40: Does the Vendor have ‘right of reply’ for the outcome of a project performance review?

A40: The model used by the eProjects Panel encourages Agencies and Vendors to meet after the project is complete to review the performance and learnings.  Therefore any information posted on the eProjects Panel Portal should have been discussed between parties.

If a Vendor believes they have been rated unfairly, escalation procedures are available.  See the eProjects Panel Deed for further information on escalation procedures.
