Vendor Capabilities

Q41: Does the eProjects Panel provide a mixed spread of capability across each of the categories?  Are there any gaps?

A41: There is a broad spectrum of Vendors with a good spread across the project service categories.  Agencies are encouraged to market the eProjects Panel to any Vendors not already represented on the eProjects Panel.

Q42: Does the Portal capture a detailed list of Vendor capabilities, such as security experience, or experience with particular pieces of hardware, etc?

A42: The Panel has been prepared with Vendors represented across high level categories.  Future reviews may determine that a more detailed list is required.

Q43: Should Vendors state their certifications against the capability ratings?

A43: The capabilities are based on the Carnegie Mellon Model – Integration (not the pure application).  Vendors are encouraged to provide certified levels against these categories, where available.

Q44: How do Vendors identify their industry domain expertise via the Portal?

A44: Each Vendor is required to provide an up-to-date Vendor Supplier Statement on the Portal.  A template is available via the Portal.  Vendors should ensure that they only provide information as directed in the template.

Q45: Is there an opportunity for Vendor partnering?

A45: It is the responsibility of Vendors to make its own alliances outside the scope of the Panel.

A list of Vendors on the eProjects Panel is available on the Information Website.
