Overview
Ask Just Once is an across government ICT strategy approved by Cabinet in October 2007. The aim of this strategy is to improve customer service for our citizens when accessing government services.
Some of our services are available over the internet, others over the counter and many are accessible by phone. At the moment, customers need to know which department handles their query; this strategy aims to change the service delivery experience to one that is based on customer need - not government structure.
