Ask Just Once 4 Priorities

  • Priority 1 – Channels and Access looks at providing a single point of contact for our customers, whether they use internet, telephone or go to a government shop.  For example, all the information about opening a business will be in the one place; young people can read about things that affect them and can conduct business relevant to them.  There are many more ideas about making it easier to do business with government.
  • Priority 2 – Strengthen the Front-line will give our staff the technologies and tools to assist people with their enquiries.  We’ll make basic information available on the web at any time of the day or night.  For the more complex services, we’ll bring information together, so that our staff can respond quickly and accurately to people’s needs, with all the information at their fingertips.
  • Priority 3 – Shared Services is all about standardising some of our systems, processes and computer infrastructure, so we can spend less money on them and more on providing better services to business and the people of South Australia.
  • Priority 4 – Enable Agile Government will pool government resources to reduce duplication, simplify transactions and minimise red tape. We will make better use of tax payer dollars through working smarter to provide more efficient services.
