Overview

Ask Just Once is an across-government ICT strategy designed to improve access to government information and services by citizens and businesses.

At the moment people seeking information or services from the Government need to know which department provides it. Ask Just Once aims to change this. Information and services will be organised around customers’ needs, not government structures or departments.

Ask Just Once was approved by the SA Government in October 2007.
